Real slow food: if you find yesterday’s leftovers unappetising, how about last century’s?

The photo by Foreversouls, makes me think about when i was a young child at halloween dressing up.  Especailly in elementary school we would celebrate halloween.  All the kids would dress up and we would bring in candy to trade with whoever we wanted to and we would have a parade around the school with all grades. I enjoyed halloween every year.  Now that im older, i love staying at home passing out candy to all the little ones, and enjoy seeing them all dressed up in their favorite character.  Looking at the photo by Foreversouls just brings back plenty our fun memories.

The photo taken by Micah A. Ponce brings to mind a huge candy store.  Looking at the pictures makes me want to buy some candy right now but candy isn’t that great to eat sometimes.  The picture shows several words such as: cotton candy, candy apples caramel, cotton and apples.  So from this picture with those words im assuming that this place has cotton candy and candy apples.  Cotton candy and candy apples caramel are so delicious.  I love caramel especailly on apples.  Cotton candy is delicious because it comes in several colors.  So when i look at this photo taken by Micah A. Ponce, several things come to mind.

The Phote taken by Spudart brings several things in mind to me.  For instance there are two escalators  to go up and down and two stair cases.  The name of the building is “The Metlife Building”, so the escalators and stairs obviously must bring you up to the building.  The building is on 45th street, but i dont know where.  This picture look a little scary to me, but maybe because it might of been taken in the dark or maybe its near a parking garage.  This building looks like it must be important with whatever kind of business they might be running. 

Play is when you are acting in theather or when you get entertained by a game or video.  In theater people usually play in an act.  In acting they play out roles with different people for an audience to watch or there just play out roles for entertainment for themselves.  Play can also mean playing games with freinds or alone.  I enjoy playing video games with my best friend little brother because its so much fun and entertaining.  I also enjoy playing board games. Out of all the board games i would have to say that monoply and uno attack are my favorite.

Yellow is a color. It is the color of a lemon, a egg yolk, pigmentor dye.  The sun is also yellow.  Yellow is a primary color between green and orange.  Yellow is the chromatic color resembling the hue of sunflowers or ripe lemons.  Usually i only use the color yellow to color when coloring the sun, flowers, or even someone’s hair; that is because the color yellow resumbles blonde.  Yellow can be a very bright color most of the time, but it is also a color that most kids enjoy but sometimes can’t be noticed. 

Ocean is a large body of salt water that covers three fourths of the earth’s surface.  The ocean is also called sometimes a beach if you can go swimming in it.  Most people enjoy the ocean, and some hate it.  But me, i love the ocean i enjoy just standing there feeling the wind from the waves pass by you, and just the smell of it is peaceful to me.  Growing up as a child i loved going to the beach everyday to play in the sand and go swimming.  I used to dig huge wholes just so when the waves would pass by it would fill my whole and it would look like a mini pool to me.  But now that im all grown up i enjoy just taking walks on the beach and just standing there enjoying the feel of the wind and the fresh air around me.

            In high school, everyone usually always writes little notes in class and passes it along to their friends back in forth to pass by time.  Well my senior year my friend sam and I had like three classes together.  So, usally everyday we would write notes back in forth to eachother in those three classes.  And now that we’re in college, and all grown up i look back at those moments and find it so silly.  I miss writing those little notes back and forth to my best friend, but now that we’re in college i just call her or send her emails.

Heart is “a hollow, pumplike organ of blood circulation, composed mainly of rhythmically contractile smooth muscle, located in the chest between the lungs and slightly to the left and consisting of four chambers.” In order to stay alive you need your heart because it is a very important part of your body.  Your heart is the center of your personality, where your thoughts and emotions come through.  You feel so many emotions, the people always say that it comes from the heart.  This is probably why Valentine’s Day is a very important day for most people especially couples, but for some its a very emotional day for others that dont have a partner or a significant other.

Pencil is something that you use to write with.  Pencils are good to write with because it has an eraser so incase you make a mistake you can erase it and rewrite or fix whatever you did wrong.  I would rather use a pencil over a pen with taking tests or doing homework.  That is, because incase i mess up i can erase it and do it over again.  When in school most teachers recommend pencils more, especailly for quizzes and tests.  I like writing better in pen but pencil is so much easier so that way there isn’t any scribbling all over the paper.
